What years are archaic or primitive technology wise to you?

Usually the first year or year and a half of any decade almost every time usually almost always feels archaic compared the rest of the years just after a few years into the decade, years that come to mind are 1990, 2000, 2010. I'm sure 2020-2021 we will be regarded as primitive at some point this decade maybe in 2 years from know, hard to know.
