I think Trump would still be president. Life would be exactly how it was in 2019 through February 2020. That fresh vibe of 2019 would carry over into now. The changes that were motion throughout 2019 would be set in 2020 or 2021. Instead of being in a transition like now, we’d already be in early 2020s culture as early as Q4 2019 or as late as Q4 2021. Politics would still be exactly like the late 2010s. To be fair, right now early 2020s politics don’t have much of an identity other than Biden’s presidency. The problems of the mid and late 2010s are still plaguing society in the early 2020s.
2024 would be guaranteed a huge transitional year politically on the level of 2008 or 2016.
Technological advancements would happen quicker.

Trump would've probably been reelected primarily based on the stable economy and other policies we've had before, and the Democratic infighting between moderates and progressives. Back in early 2020, the Democrats honestly felt like they were in a competition to see who was the most "woke" or progressive. If COVID didn't happen, then I don't think Biden's "Build Back Better" plan to bring "things back to normal" would make much sense to independents (the core group that determines the outcomes of US elections) considering how the economy was with low unemployment and whatever else Trump touted before the pandemic.
Mainstream music would probably still change considering how trap has been slowly dying out on the charts after being milked so hard (seriously, look at the charts now as opposed to late 2018's) and artists like Dua Lipa, the Weeknd, and Doja Cat were already employing retro styles in their pop music. The pop punk revival with MGK and Olivia Rodrigo would still happen.
I'm not sure about how fashion would or wouldn't completely change (all I've really seen are revivals from decades past) except that cottagecore may not be as popular as it is now because it was seen as an escape from quarantine.
PS5s and Series Xs would definitely be a whole lot more available to customers now and not be in a shortage that we're still in.

If it wouldn't have been Covid it would have been something else. Having Donald Trump in the White House was always destined to bring about a once-per-century crisis.
