Justin Timberlake, he lost around 60% of his beauty and 90% of his relevance since 2012
Avril Lavigne has always been fake and shallow but since her "hello kitty" era she doesn't know what to do with her career at all and her musical output has been abysmal.
Katy Perry fell off hard too, but she seems to be in a better mental place now, with her baby and hot husband... Good for her.
Kanye West is a megalomaniacal psycho nowadays, contrasting to how great he used to be in the 2000s, before his mom died

I'd also say Mel Gibson.
Steve Carell and Jim Carrey. Pretty much any comedy actor from the 90s or 2000s for that matter.
