The 1960s is by far the biggest contrast. 1960 and 1969 are galaxies apart.
It really blows my mind how these two songs can be part of the same decade.
No other decade comes close.

I think every division within a decade had some shared similarities.
From most to least:
1960s/1990s
1980s/1970s
2000s
2010s
30s/40s/50s
