The 1950s, and 1980s.
I wore the most popular fashion trends of the 80s, little girls/teens fashion when I was a girl.

Ranking the decades based on fashion:
1. 1960s: Mostly for mod fashion. Women fashion looked super cute and the goofy menswear appeared fun. That being said I'm not as thrilled for early 1960s fashion and hippie fashion in general.
2. 2020s: I quite love the direction of this decade so far. It's like a postmodernist take on Y2K fashion. Let's hope the rest of the decade builds of this rather than brushes it off for something else.
3. 2010s: I'm gonna get vitriol for this since it's pretty much expected to bash this decade on here. But I really liked the very casual, diverse and minimalist take on fashion... It had a bunch of awful trends I could do without but overall it was a strong time for fashion.
4. 1930s: I'm putting this high, because female fashion was at its most adorable in this decade. I adore those long printed dresses. Male fashion with the padded suits looked pretty dumb though.
5. 2000s: I don't mind the tackiness and the bling, it's quite memorable if anything. It looked downright experimental at parts. I like the glossy make-up. It's also helped that fashion in the late 2000s was extremely cute for both genders.
6. 1990s: Very similar to the 2010s, a diverse, casual and nicely minimalist time for fashion. It's also my favorite decade for men hairstyles. I don't really like the "run down" look a lot of mid-90s fashions had though. And make-up was terrible during this time.
7. 1970s: A total mixed bag. I think Afro-Americans totally rocked this decade with inventive styles. And punker looks killed with their deconstructed greaser styles. That being said, there were so many trends I seriously dislike in this decade, like feathered hair, exposed chests, the overplucked eyebrows, male jumpsuits, ...
8. 1950s: It's fine I guess... The boyish hairstyles on women are interesting but not really good looking. The dresses are a little too over-the-top for me. And casual male fashion was just boringly preppy.
9. 1980s: I seriously dislike the hairstyles. They're an absolute eyesore for the most part. This was also a bad time for patterns and questionable colors (like that awful neon teal that was so common in tracksuits). I do like some of the darker styles like the leather trend and the make-up for the most part.
10. 1940s: I'm quite surprised how low this decade ended up ranking. I don't mind the padded dresses, but they look worse then they were in the 1930s. Hairstyles are alright. Male fashion was basically transitioning from one bad era to another bad era. It's a romanticized decade for fashion, but I consider it's overrated thinking about it.

Best casual fashion (in terms of everyday wear and choice not necessarily all the trends):
1.1990s 2.1980s 3.2010s 4.2000s
Best subculture fashion (mod, punk, heavy metal, greasers, hip hop, reagee, glam, goth, skater, alternative)
1.1980s/1970s 2.1990s 3.1960s 4.1950s 5. 2000s (only early)
Most unique fashion (in terms of being original to the decade instead of being based on other ones)
1.1960s 2.1920s 3.1970s / 1980s (50s influences and some 60s influences were there but not overwhelming) 4.1990s (many things were rehashed 60s and 70s stuff) 5.1950s (a lot of stuff seems like a different version or extension of 1930s and 1940s) 6.2000s (lots of stuff an extension or modification of the Y2K and late 90s) 7.2010s (tons of stuff just plagiarized from the 80s and 90s with no effort)
