My list:
1) 60s
2) 90s
3) 70s
4) 80s
5) 50s
Granted, I hated history class so don't hunt me down and axe my head off if this seems inaccurate.

1. 1960s probably the most changeful decade in history
2. 1990s technology and music changed a lot by the end of the 90s. i like to think of the 90s as the transition into the digital age that continues to this day. the 90s set up the early 21st century in a way
3. 1980s of course things changed in the 80s but for the most part in terms of society, i think the 80s were pretty consistent. along with things like music or politics. 1989 is when things really started to change in pop culture imo when things like the fall of the berlin wall, the end of the reagan era, and 90s shows like Family Matters and Saved By The Bell started to shift the pop culture away from the glamorous and bold aesthetic of the 80s to the relaxed and “normal” vibe of the 90s
4. 1970s i think things were pretty stagnant this decade, at least compared to the other 4 mostly but i don’t know much about the 50s so i can’t really put it last
5. 1950s don’t know much about the 50s so i’m not sure

Even some decades in the 19th century have it beat.
