Sounds mostly 2015–17, so I guess a little more mid 10s, but it’s honestly just a core 2010s song that could fit anywhere in the 10s to some extent

Mid-2010s. EDM was the de facto pop genre of that period, and this crisp EDM pop sound reflects that.

I don’t even know how this is a debate. Not only is it mid 2010s, it’s VERY mid 2010s, to the point where I consider it one of the archetypal songs of the era.
Pretty much all of Justin Bieber’s 2015 material is prime mid 2010s.
