You heard it here FIRST
Disney Channel USA -
The Disney channel will be gone, in the past 2 years other Disney channels such as Disney channel UK have ceased operation. Ceo of Disney has recently said on a conference call that their focus is on Disney + only. The writing is on the wall.
MTV -
Viacom/CBS will eventually close down MTV in favor of it's Pluto TV linear channels, MTV will still be a brand used for third party( similar to Sega when they closed up). 95 % of the attention will be on Paramount +
MTV 2 -
One of my favorite channels of the early 2000s will be closing in a year or 2, their social media infact has not updated in over 3 years.
FUSE -
Channel is close to ending soon, decreased ratings don't have a sustainable audience anymore
Cartoon Network -
Toonami will be ending in a few years, there is no way it's sustainable, and Warner will move most of it's content to HBO MAX, possible Adult Swim ends as well.
The CW -
As you already know the channel is up on the chopping block per Warner Ceo, Nexstar will be buying the space and rebranding the channel making The CW no more.
BET -
same as MTV, will be closing and have it's content shifted to Paramount +
Nick -
Nick will still be around, but expect for their Nick @ Nite block to be canceled, most of their oldschool content will be promoted on their Pluto TV Nick Linear channel
TV LAND -
Canceled, with much promotion around their TV LAND sitcom and TV Land Drama pluto TV linear channels

I’m curious about the fate of these channels in the 2020s since this is the first full decade streaming content is standard.
Any ideas about which years these changes will take place?
Next year will be 20 years or 2 decades since “That’s So Raven” aired on Disney Channel.

My prediction:
Cable/terrestrial television will be completely dead in favor of a boatload of streaming services with "Plus/Max" labels associated with them.
