2010s were all about cheesy blockbuster superhero action movies and in general many movies even if they weren't superhero movies had a similar vibe to the marvel movies with the pretention quips and focus on CGI and all. The movie industry needs to bring back that pre 2010s magic back. Less superhero marvel movies. Less trying to be meta and ironic, less CGI explosions, less soullessness. More focus on concise, interesting dialogue rather than mindless annoying chatter, better cinematography, more suspense, better fight scenes, etc.

2020s will probably be split like the 90s and 2000s. 2010s holdovers in movies, music, etc will probably exist until 2024 coexisting with more fresh stuff that will take over in 2024 or 2025.

It almost looks like a promotion for a CGI software or something. But then again I didn't watch the movie.

Tobey Maguire is in the movie , set pieces look like the previous movies and heavy character development story. Sorry folks if you haven't seen the movie by now too bad lol

I hope so too. There are multiple different genres when it comes to film and television not just superheroes that are made by Marvel or DC.

Superhero movies with absolutely 0 cgi, no big actors, only best using traditional special effects and costumes, with little to no computers and a big independent films director/producer is something I think they have room for. I’d like to see X-men, Hulk made as if came out in 1991 or adult oriented comic book from then, having more realistic over the top Quentin Tarintino style elements found in movies like reservoir dogs would be a bonus.

I also think they should ditch the annoying quips that are in a lot of superhero media in the 2010s.
