Sure, you can order what you want with a click of a button from the comfort of your home, but shipping, delivery, and returns are a nightmare. Gone are the days of getting what you want when you want it without having to wait days or weeks for shipping. This is especially true if your product is shipped using UPS or the United States Postal Service or for people who live in apartments and/or alone. Typically their customer service centers have limited, weekdays-only hours that require taking time off work to get to in order to pick up a package. Amazon Prime is a little better but a lot of products on Amazon still ship UPS or USPS.
Brick-and-mortar was superior to our current era where online shopping is pretty much required.

I agree. There is nothing more convenient than walking 5 minutes to the store to grab what you need at no extra cost or hassle. Online shopping isn't convenient for those like myself who want an item right away.

This is one of my biggest boomer takes: I actually really dislike shopping on Amazon. It feels like the online equivalent shopping at TJ Maxx, but worse because you can't actually check out the quality before buying. There's just something junk shop-like about it.
