When did Google become a part of pop culture lingo?

Google became standard go to search engine from my memory around 2000-2001, you could say for some 2002. I think it it became a pop culture fixation with texting lingo, emojis and early social media, throughout the mid 2000s to around 2011ish, even though google was fully mainstream in early 2000s.
