I dunno, its good to know if the person is a psycho, serious criminal or a rapist but I think its fucked up to see someone's criminal record outside of extreme or very serious cases. Lets say the person is totally grounded and fine but she or he had a history with drugs when they were teens or shoplifting or drinking and driving or have a history with minor to medium range offences, or had a false claim that wrongly landed them in jail, I dont think someone deserves that information to be exposed or to have it used against them forever. Something isn't right about it, also some people deserve second chances.
