Just a random poll. How often do you take breaks from using your devices (Computers, tablets, phones etc).
As for me, I take breaks every hour to avoid eye strain which was a lesson learned many months ago after I stared at the computer screen for 3 hours because I was finishing off my TAFE assessment.

Yes me too. Headaches too can be quite frustrating.

Good idea for a thread @zampakid! To be honest, i'm guilty of not taking enough breaks from using my laptop. When I don't have any plans and i'm at home all day, i'm pretty much on my laptop all afternoon and evening. I do take breaks, of course, but not as often as I should!

I only take a break when I feel like it. I’m always on my phone and computer when I’m bored.

It depends. Occasionally, I use my devices for schoolwork so taking a lengthy break may not always be optional. I take a break when I go to bed if that counts.

I can't stay online for too long so it's like only ever on for half hour to an hour. I have to go out or eat or nap and I do that all the time. An hour online is more than enough for me. Even if it's an hour on, four hours off, hour on, four hours off etc.
The internet as a whole bores me.
I'm hungry now so back later.

The internet as a whole bores me. I feel much the same way. For instance, I have a Facebook account, but I only check in on it for a few minutes each day. I don't understand how people can spend their entire afternoon/evening just flicking through their newsfeed and messaging people. I really only use the internet just to go on forums and research things.

Admittedly, I hardly ever take a break from my devices unless I'm in school or need to go to sleep, or if I have a headache. I usually take a break when I feel like it.

If I don’t bring it with me I feel unsafe. I’m easily bored without it and it’s my top priority when it comes to stuff I’ll bring.

I'd say around an hour at most.

Every hour at least if I can. If I’m on them any longer I start to get very irritated.
