Politically mainly. Russia vs Ukraine. France is about to have an election which decides whether a globalist or a far right nationalist becomes the next president. In the UK people in the PMs cabinet are being exposed left, right and center. Rishi Sunak is currently on the chopping block. Maybe people will demand a new PM this year. Also Biden might be deemed unfit for office and impeached.
As for other things, probably not much change but I think pop punk will become the dominant genre by the end of the year and retro pop will start fading out.
