Spinners peaked in popularity in the summer. They were absolutely eveyrwhere summer 2017. Change that to spring and you're correct. I vividly remember. They blew up april and were everywhere in the summer then started fading out around august.

I actually made a fidget spinner-related video in June...and it became my most popular video ever. I'd say July is when people started tiring of it, and by Fall, it was pretty much dead.
