If we didn’t except the 2020 pandemic to come into fruition in 2019, how do we even know how 2029 will play out?

1. Artificial Intelligence will have changed everything by then:
Video games will be enhanced by AI to look 100% undistinguishable from real life. Most radio hit songs will be written or sang by AIs. Movie CGI will also look undistinguishable from real life (because of AI). Pretty much all forms of entertainment and art will be impacted or created by AI: books, tv shows, games, movies... You name it. People will be able to create entire books/movies/paintings/games/art forms just by using AI and inputs.
2. Most cars will be eletric
3. AR and VR will be common place, we may or may not have vr/ar glasses/lenses
4. foldable smartphones will be more common
5. Fusion power might start to be implemented worldwide
6. Facebook (and perhaps Instagram too) will be seen as an outdated social medial that no one uses anymore (like Myspace)
7. Culture wars will be gone by then
8. human culture in general will be way more optimistic, whimsical and happy. As a backlash to late 10s/early 20s post-ironic cynical culture.
9. Fashion will be baggy and vibrant. We might see the return of big hair.
10. Covid and the early 2020s will be seen as distant memory of a little dark age
11. first signs of 10s nostalgia start kicking in
12. We enter the final era of gen z culture

It will be extremely different socio-economically. Like a different world because the NWO will be ushered in by then. Technologically it will be different too, but nobody will really be thinking about that since there will probably be wars beforehand. I don't even know if we will make it to 2029.

We'll all be dead by then, between Republicans, climate change, COVID, the threat of nuclear weapons being used... I can't see us making it to 2029.
