As for the end, after Trump left office, that was a wrap for the 2010s.

Spring 2010, with Justin Bieber blowing up in popularity and Baby becoming a major hit, Adventure Time's release, and MySpace completely dying off, was the start of the 2010s to me.

2010s
Short: 2012-2019 (2013-2018 being the years for the core 2010s, specifically mid 2013 to mid 2018)
Default: 2011-2020 (2010 is 50/50)
Long: 2008-present (maybe 2007, specifically the latter half, if possible)
