If you have been paying attention to the artificial intelligence side of the internet lately (which you probably haven't, lol) you might have heard of DALL-E 2, by OpenAi
DALL-E 2, is a machine learning Artificial Intelligence that can create images from text
You just enter a text prompt and the AI will create any image you want from it. The AI can also edit preexisting images too.
For now only a few (less than 1000 people i think) selected people are allowed to use it but you can access a very limited and simple demo of it on openai.com/dall-e-2/
Some people (who have access to it) have already generated FULL art books in less than a day using it.
The full thing is going to be released this summer. This is going to change art forever, the 2020s will be a crazy decade for AI and Art. This thing is going to kill painting and image composition jobs left and right (if it does get released on full).
I sense a big tech shift coming, perhaps the biggest tech shift since the early-mid 90s (internet). You'll be hearing a lot about DALL-E 2 on the coming months.
This is impressive, I'm just speechless. The 2020s are about to get hella crazy.
