Mine would have to be this mouth infection I got two years ago when I tried TCP mouthwash. The next day I woke up with like a dozen(deadass) ulcers all over my mouth. Tongue, lip, cheeks, etc. Each stang very sharply to the point where I couldn't even open my mouth properly because it would get very painful and couldn't sleep without waking up at 2 hour intervals or so. Thankfully it only lasted a week though.
Anyway, what about you guys?

What was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced?
It was after I had a surgery on my foot. My foot was in a cast, and I distinctly remember that night, I experienced some of the worst pain you could imagine on my foot for hours.
And I had to deal with that cast for weeks.
It was unbelievably painful at that moment, made worse by the fact I was still in a cast for weeks afterwards.
And all this happened in the year of hell: 2020

And all this happened in the year of hell: 2020Weird how we both had our worst pains that year. Guess that year really is cursed besides COVID.

That time i kept vomiting and shitting watery diarrhea for 3 days and couldn't eat anything because my intestines weren't digesting anything
Also one time i woke up in the night with intense leg cramps

Had a migraine in 2014 and holy shit it was the worst thing I've ever felt. Death was very preferable than going through that.

On February 24 2015 (Yes I remember the date very vividly), a car went to through a red light and rode over my foot when I crossed the street. At first my foot stung just a little but I could perfectly walk normally. But I went home and took a nap and woke up, the pain on my foot was so excruciating I couldn't even move it. I couldn't even walk normally for a week, and the big toenail became infected and didn't fully heal until late in summer 2015.
