For the 2020s it's definitely Trump, but perhaps only for the first half of the decade I feel like he was only relevant for 2020. Trump has definitely fallen off the map for a while now. Its to early to say. Obama and Trump were the talk of the town in politics during the 2010s

I decided to change my vote to Obama for political figures since he was pretty much exclusively a 2010s figure (barring some prominence in 2008-2009), unlike Trump, who’s still influential to modern politics, whilst also having been a major business figure in the 80s, and a major reality show host in the 2000s. It also further strengthens my argument as to why 2015 is the quintessential 2010s year, and not 2016, since 2016 is already getting involved with Trump-era alt-right BS, whilst 2015 is still very much a liberal Obama-era year, where Trump was still seen as a joke.

I'm hoping he fades out before the late 20s

It sounds like his working behind the scenes but he’s faded out of relevance. Nowadays I hear more about Biden and how he sucks as a President

Anyways I would say this really needs to be split into three categories: political figures, pop culture icons, and technology/business figures. I'm only gonna do the 90s, 00s, and 10s, since we're not even halfway through this decade, and I don't know much about decades pre-90s. 1990sPolitics: Bill Clinton Pop Culture: Kurt Cobain Technology/Business: Bill Gates 2000sPolitics: George W. Bush Pop Culture: Britney Spears Technology/Business: Steve Jobs 2010sPolitics: Barack Obama Pop Culture: PewDiePie Technology/Business: Mark Zuckerberg Fuck it, here’s the 80s Politics: Ronald Reagan Pop Culture: Michael Jackson Technology/Business: Sam Walton
