I think we can all agree 2003 is not on the list Yes for sure. 2002 was miles ahead for me personally. I don't remember anything happening in summer 2003 that stood out.

I don't remember anything happening in summer 2003 that stood out. yeah I agree, Summer 2002 had a sense of adventure that like anything could happen, 2003's Summer was just "meh" more like a holding period until the Fall comes. I can't stand Summers that feel like that lol It's a shame because I did enjoy Fall 03, it's just that Summer 03 had these "coming soon please wait patiently" vibes 2001 had this as well.

Summer 2000 was interesting but imo belongs on the bottom along with 2009 and 2003. My Sega Dreamcast got a ton of play during their time period. Esp Dead or Alive 2 & Crazy Taxi. Pokemon The Movie 2000 is probably the highlight of this Summer along with Telemundo airing Dragon Ball Z android episodes months before Toonami got them lol
