Usually the 4th year of the decade brings in the shift. The same happened in the 2010s in 2013, in the 2000s in 2003, and '90s in 1993. I see no reason for this trend to not continue. Later this year, the current pop culture will probably start to feel long in the tooth. So I think 2023 will be a transitional year and it will bring new pop culture trends and music. I can see tech and world events changing as well.

Part of this is because many people base shifts around numerical sections of a decade, hence why the 6 year is commonly considered the mid to late shift as well.
My money is on late 2022 but 2023 is also likely.
