Was the second quarter 2010 (April-June 2010) overall more similar to the first quarter 2009 (January-March 2009) or third quarter 2011 (July-September 2011)? IMO, I believe the Q2 2010 had more in common with Q3 2011. Spring 2010 was when the Electropop Culture was officially completed. The culture of Q1 2009 was going thru a identity crisis, while Q3 2011 wasn't entirely different from Q2 2010 aesthetically.

I'd say leaning more towards Q3 2011. Q1 2009 is still culturally late 2000s even if Obama became president.
