Remember this? One of the biggest YouTubers of the time was Epic Meal Time. There was literally a movie called Epic released in 2013. Everyone used to use the word epic to describe the most mundane of things. The word awesome was also used way too much back then in general.

Yep. There were epic fails, trollfaces, rage comics, and nyan cats galore on the internet back then.
