2009-2010 is the worst school year for the economy of the 2010s The economy crashed HARD in early 2020, to the point where you saw memes about it  It went to shit in the second half of the school year. It's countered out by how the economy was doing great in the first half. Meanwhile 2009-2010 school year has a terrible economy all around as the recession just ended.
