Most boring years of the 2000s

What would you say is the most boring ? Below is my take.
2001 - Obviously until the last half, but for a good majority of this year it was brain dead and slow, prob the slowest of all time outside of 2020/2021
2003 - The exact opposite occurred with 2003, as the first 4 months felt action packed, the year simmered down until we hit November
