when i was in k-12 it started to feel like fall as soon as school started in early september but now that i’m out of high school it still feels like summer all the way through september, or at least till it starts getting cooler. what do you think?

It took a few years to deprogram from the school calendar but I definitely don't consider summer over until October anymore. Meanwhile I keep hearing tons of people say it's fall though. Honestly I think people who just really like fall push it sooner (if they're over a certain age).

Definitely not until October where I live in Georgia. This week is supposed to be in the mid-80s and humid. The trees are also still very green.
Hell, the first week or two of October is more transitional than full on autumnal vibes.
Maybe in cooler climates like Canada, it actually does start in September, but definitely not here.
