 Update: Spoke with someone who works in plastic surgery and app this is from a bad reaction to Botox where the face gets inflamed.
I think she should have skipped doing this as it pretty much ruined her face.

I don't even know if that's her it may be a clone or another person entirely. Eminem got cloned so I can see the same happening to Gwen Stefani as well.
