If it goes nuclear, and hits even just 1 inch of NATO borders, then humanity will go extinct.

If it goes nuclear, and hits even just 1 inch of NATO borders, then humanity will go extinct. I don't think humanity will go extinct if a nuclear war happens. I think a very large chunk of humanity will die off though. But the earth will repair itself and there will still be some survivors. The sad thing is though, most of the survivors will be very rich people since they can afford to buy underground bunkers for themselves. Those of us living in the dead centre of the city will be dead instantly. Which is preferable than a slow, painful death or lifelong health complications due to nuclear poisoning. I'd rather it be a quick and painless death.
