Here are the colors that pop up in my mind everytime I'm reading these decades' names.
1950s: suprisingly not a pastel color, but a nice rich dark crimson instead
1960s: a bright pea green color
1970s: either a bright orange or a goldish yellow
1980s: electric blue
1990s: a muted type of mauve or blue-ish purple
2000s: a bright pink that pops
2010s: a warm-tone gray
2020s: insofar a peachy/salmony color

1910s: Sepia 1920s: Gold 1930s: Grey 1940s: Dark brown-green 1950s: Baby blue 1960s: Bright orange 1970s: Also brown but a more standard shade 1980s: A vivid futuristic looking purple 1990s: Mauve 2000s: Hot pink 2010s: Millennial pink
