Taylor Swift's "Anti-Hero" sounds like it could have come out in 2017. Music just isn't original anymore. I can't believe 2022 was Taylor's new peak now too. Why don't people want to try out new artists or musical genres?

Everything's fragmented nowadays, man. Not everyone listens to the same news, music, TV shows, etc. as much anymore. There are also lots of underrated experimental artists out there from Bandcamp, Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

Early 2000s had songs that sounded Late 90s too. Also here's some songs from 2021/2022 that definitely don't sound like 2017:
