OP you should always lock your doors unless you want someone stealing all your stuff while you are out

I keep everything locked and have a doorbell camera. I do live in a better neighborhood these days and theres a 99% chance nothing will happen if I left the doors unlocked, but you never know. Better safe than sorry.

I definitely keep everything locked. The area I used to live in when I grew up was a bit sketchy and it was attempted to be broken into a few times. Due to this I'm very certain to lock everything even though I live in a very safe neighborhood now.

Lol I do now yes! But I always have at night because I sleep through literally everything. I think its especially important to note that you should lock your doors even if you are awake and in the room near the doors. Because the other day, my roommate's dad just walked into the house to drop something off because we forgot to lock the front door. My boyfriend and I were just sitting there eating dinner like wtf. I'd rather answer the door than have random people barging in like that even if I know them. That would have been sooo bad in a worse neighborhood!
