How can you help someone who is addicted to video games?
Do you know anyone who currently is? Are you?

To help them, you can: - Maintain boundaries and communicate expectations. - Help them set a goal of reducing their addictive behaviors. - Offer to transport them to and participate in therapy or support groups.
...at least thats what google told me to say, lol

Puh-lease... my boyfriend needs an intervention! I've seen that man play for 6 hours straight, probably more, but somehow I can only sit that long binge-watching TV.. But I definitely can understand the addictive tendency. I think really the only way to help curb it is to present other activities and opportunities. There has to be more enticing things to do, so that it lessens the time for the screen in a day. But especially if they are a grown adult, I mean.. kinda up to them to find the balance for themselves and figuring out what amount is unproductive/unhealthy.
