This place is like a ghost town. I hope more people come by. Agreed. Though another big reason I don’t post much on here anymore is because I kind of feel I have embarrassed myself and made myself look like an idiot with a couple of topics I’ve brought up and statements I’ve made. So naturally, I kind of feel awkward whenever I log back into this site.

So naturally, I kind of feel awkward whenever I log back into this site. I feel like that too. The reason Popedia is so inactive is because we've all sort of moved on from pop cultural discussions. For some reason its just not exciting on here right now. You can probably find most Popedia members on the Reddit decadeology sub. I addressed in one topic Reddit is more exciting now as the new thing.

I wish it was more active than what it is. I've tried a number of different things over the past couple of years to try and spread the word, but nothing has worked. I've spent money trying to do it.
Unfortunately, there just isn't much we can do when the interest is no longer there.

Unfortunately, there just isn't much we can do when the interest is no longer there. The Popedia layout is fun asf. I was wrong when I critiqued it. Love the bright color scheme it give off. I addressed it may take another lockdown to bring attention to it. This is still a stretch tho bc Reddit has overtaken traditional forums. It has essentially every topic you can discuss in subreddits that there's really no need to use other forums sites. I recently joined last.fm, a music community site that has an impressively unique quality I love.
