A magnitude-4.2 earthquake was recorded at 1:28pm off the coast of Coffs Harbour today, following a series of tremors along the NSW Mid North Coast since Friday. There is no tsunami threat from the earthquake. A Geoscience Australia expert said he could not discount the possibility the series of earth tremors felt on the coast in recent days was not the lead-up to a larger earthquake. www.abc.net.au/news/2018-01-24/nsw-mid-north-coast-feel-dozens-of-earth-tremors-felt-/9355280

This is a bit of a worry. I was only in Coffs just last week! Hopefully this isn’t the lead-up to a major one which some are saying.

Hopefully a major earthquake won't eventuate. Although, given how many tremors there were and the fact that a 4.2 magnitude earthquake occurred earlier today, I guess there is a strong chance that a major earthquake might happen.
