People are going to disagree, but I really don't see what's so exciting and hype about a Superbowl. It just means nothing to me.
I really don't care if one wins or loses, to be honest.

I watched the Superbowl today and I was so hyped when the Eagles won. My whole neighborhood was going crazy and I was screaming at my neighbors "EAGLES ARE AWESOME!" and there were fireworks everywhere. I'm still so happy.

Here in Australia, Superbowl is the only time of the year in which the NFL ever gets a mention on the news. It's good that the underdogs won!

Would I be right by guessing that the New England Patriots are like a NFL equivalent of the Melbourne Storm*?
*For the uninitiated, the Melbourne Storm are a popular team in the National Rugby League (NRL) competition here in Australia. This team is notable for having considerable premiership success in recent years (especially over the last decade) for a club which has only been in the competition since 1998, but not without controversy due to the salary cap scandal that resulted in the Storm loosing their 2007 and 2009 premierships - since then they've gone onto make a further three appearances in the NRL Grand Final (2012, 2016, 2017) including two premiership wins (2012, 2017).
