I hope the title makes sense.  If you could mix/combine two video game franchises and make a new game out of it, what would you make? I would personally combine GTA V and Driver 3. Of course, the Grand Theft Auto series is the superior product out of the two, however I would like to see the "turn off cops" feature incorporated onto GTA. Sometimes it's frustrating receiving a wanted level every two or three minutes.

You can only use a cheat code to lower/raise wanted levels.

However, it would make heists a lot easier I guess.

Pokémon and Skyrim. The map would be Skyrim's region but the trainer can fill in different roles, gym leader, team rocket, etc. Rare Pokémon would actually be rare, you'd have to go to certain locations at certain times to catch them.
