I wonder what decades would look like if they had their own persona for example what if the 90s was a average teenager 90s girl.

Good idea for a topic @wobo ! I have also added in what the personalities (MBTI) types of the decades would be. Here is my take on it; 1950s (ISTJ) - Middle-aged man; conservative, rational and sticks to past traditions. Judgemental and not entirely embracing of (i.e rock and roll) new ideas. 1960s (IxFP) - College-aged student. Experimental, wants to make an impact on the world and support minority groups. Open to new ideas and is forward thinking. 1970s (INFP) - A 30-something year old. Still open to new ideas and forward thinking, but has settled down from their earlier years (the 1960s). 1980s (ESFP) - 20-something year old. Bright, flamboyant, extroverted and bubbly. Everything is exciting and new. 1990s (ISFP) - Teenage girl. Feels alienated from everyone, wants to stay authentic and true to herself. 2000s (ISFJ) - Male adolescent. Frustrated with their life, but unwilling to let go of past ideas. Overcomes their depression towards the end of the decade (e.g emergence of electropop and 2010s culture). 2010s (ISFP) - Early-20s male. Hipster, likes to adopt new technologies and follow alternative trends (i.e "gluten" free). Marches to the beat of their own drum.

Here's an article which briefly details what each personality type is like. www.myersbriggs.org/my-mbti-personality-type/mbti-basics/the-16-mbti-types.htm?bhcp=1There are also wikipedia articles based on all 16 types and they go into detail about what the letters stand for.

1950s - A clean-cut and communist-hating 30s-ish man who secretly goes drag racing and sleeps with multiple girls at night.
1960s - A beach-loving woman with a skimpy sense of fashion. She believes in peace and thoroughly rejects traditional Americana. She probably takes lots of psychedelic drugs amidst all her parties.
1970s - A jaded, middle-aged woman who likely reads a lot of books and tries to intellectualize everything, yet is still pretty soft-spoken.
1980s - A young, feisty man who just got out of graduate school. He works hard but parties harder. He's very patriotic and believes in the American Dream hardcore. Late at night, you can catch him sniffing cocaine and rocking out to MTV. Everything is larger than life to him.
1990s - A multiracial boy in his late teens who's really insecure about his own identity and trying to affirm meaning in a world that he feels talks down to him. His CD collection is quite eclectic, ranging from alternative rock bands to angsty hip hop like Cypress Hill and 2Pac. His girlfriend is probably a bit tomboyish, yet sprightly and upbeat at the same time. His favourite television show is likely either Seinfeld or The Simpsons, while her pick is Friends.
2000s - An upper-class man in his late 20s who drowns out all of his depression with his material possessions and screamo music. He probably wears baggy clothes and colours his bushy hair dark. This guy is probably really flatulent, as you can tell by all the faux-sensitive junk he has on his MySpace profile.
2010s - A college-aged woman who is extremely thin-skinned, claims to be individualistic when really she's just conforming to what her similarly-aged peers tell her to be into, is constantly binge-watching Netflix shows (especially Superhero-related ones) on her iPhone, dates new guys and girls on pretty much a bi-monthly basis, links to causes on her Facebook page, analyzes systemic injustice on her tumblr, has a few tattoos on her skin, is vegan, and only shops at small businesses. She's an unlikable, narcissistic, two-faced jerk who is likely to backstab you just as you think you're getting to become her friend. Her career is as a computer programmer.

1950s - Boring, clean cut 30s-man with conservative views and strict traditionalism. Doesn't approve of new ideas, discribing them as wild and disgraceful, and is incredibly judgemental.
1960s - Late 20s-woman who lived a cookie-cutter life with her boring 1950s husband before emancipating and going on a spree of novel ideas like testing on hard drugs and nudity.
1970s - Depressed early 40s-woman who comes home from work to listen to sad soft rock ballads while being drunk and smoking marihuana. Goes to the disco at night to dance it off.
1980s - Eccentric 20s-man with a bright fashion sense. Is incredibly greedy, demanding and selfish, and goes to the mall every week-end for buying the latest stuff. Loves to put his radio on, watching his Mtv and stroking up some cocaine.
1990s - Very self-concious and ironic man in his late teenagerhood. Is doing very well in life, but still boasts cynic views about the world and society as a whole. He's described as an accepting and respectful person, but still quite self-centered and egocentric.
2000s - Early 20s-woman addicted to parties and urban music. While she has usually a bubbly, borderline bimbo persona, she boasts sometimes a traumatized and anxious side and uses it as show off through a dark fashion phase on blogs and social media.
2010s - Early 30s-woman, is very spoken about her opinions, sometimes to point of annoyance of other people. Is ecologically consious, goes shopping to indie brands and loves to catches up on the latest trends on social media. Binge-watching Youtube and Netflix is among her favorite pastimes. Stays away from drugs.

I think Telso hit the nail on the head with the 2000s While I do agree with Mr Shruggie's description of the decade, I think you could also make a case for the 2000s having the persona of a teenager. I've read comments from people online whom regard the 2000s as being the most "teenage-focused" decade of all time, so that could say something.

1940s = The old World War II veteran who is always bitter at the world.
1950s = The caring but strict grandmother who values God and family values.
1960s = The lively hippie grandma who the kids find cool to hang out with.
1970s = The balding mustached middle aged man who is tame and loves to go camping and fishing listening to folk music.
1980s = The obnoxious middle aged woman going through a middle life crisis who still thinks she's young and hot, and embarrassed the rest of the family doing so.
1990s = The young burnout sporting a mullet and a band t-shirt listening to grunge and ska.
2000s = The edgy college student sporting sleek emo hair and a Linkin Park t-shirt listening to Eminem while looking at porn on DeviantArt.
2010s = The transgender teenager who boasts about how "woke" she is and berates the rest of her family for not following her political beliefs.

I’d say Kanye West for the 2010s.
