I prefer the tech and forward thinking liberalism and love for the 80/90s in the early 2010s but not the soulless sterile social media driven pop culture. I like how big subcultures were and how internet culture didn't overtake everything just yet, even though it was transitioning, but not the cheesy pop music, mediocre feeling or pretentious vibe of that period.

Early 2010s were the peak of human civilization and existence

Update: While I love both sub eras with a passion, I prefer the mid 00s (Mid 2004-Mid 2006) a tiny bit more. I will always love the Early 2010s (mainly from 2010-Mid 2011) but I did not enjoy the second half of the early 2010s (Late 2011-Early 2013). Rather it’s Personal life, Pop Culture/Geopolitical.

Yeah I definitely prefer the first half as well, it’s bit underrated.
