PC, I think mac has improved since mid 2000s to mid 2010s but actually even more expensive and inflexible if its outside of work or school.

Idk if its because of security reasons. For example to run Visual Studio, I had to install virtual box or machine for Windows to get me to run Visual Studio on Mac. I think its so funny when I see people running Windows on a Macbook pro, like why even get the mac if you are just using Windows aha I myself have an ipad and 3 imacs, tbh they are and always seem to be gimmicky, while my Windows machines ( have about 10) seem to do what they are suppose to do. It seems with macs you have to do all this fancy footwork just to do the simplest thing. I also HATE the file management system on ipad os and Mac os

Honestly the mac design is still identical to mid 2000s, it really needs to change. You should have had a mac in the 1990s to see how awesome they were then. 80s to 2003 macs will always be coolest

I’ve noticed a lot of times with Apple products that I have to do extra work that’ll take hours just to do a simple task compared to Windows. I dislike the file management system too as it is restrictive for no reason. I love how Justin Long now trashes macs Then Now

Switching my vote to PC since this is about desktops and I've never used a Mac. I've got a MacBook. what do you think of your mac book by the way the new OS upgrade killed a bunch of systems lol www.techradar.com/news/apples-macos-monterey-update-appears-to-be-bricking-some-intel-macs If you were thinking about upgrading your MacBook or iMac to Apple's just-released macOS Monterey (aka macOS 12), you may want to consider holding off for the time being, as a growing number of users are complaining of bricked Mac computers following the update.
As reported by MacRumors, a significant number of users on Apple Support Communities are finding that their Macs turned off during the macOS Monterey updating process and subsequently would not boot up again.
"I was updating my MacBook Pro from 2018 and it was doing fine until the screen suddenly turned black and now it won't turn on," said one user, echoing the same experience as many others in Apple's forums. The users' reports suggest the issue is only occurring on Intel-based Macs, meaning all computers which aren't powered by Apple silicon are at risk. The macOS Monterey update problem follows a similar issue which happened last year, which affected users upgrading to macOS Big Sur.

It runs well and has enough storage. The only downside is certain apps are unable to run because of the new upgrade. Yikes that really sucks about the users facing issues with the upgrades. Luckily I had no issues when upgrading mine last year and this year. I feel like I should’ve held off. I think year’s update came (October 2021) before last year’s update (November 2020). I wonder if Apple did that on purpose so people could buy new iMacs, iPads, iPhones, Macbooks, etc. That would be terrible if they did lol. I know right, what apps can't you use on your macbook ?

I know right, what apps can't you use on your macbook ? It’s this weird kav_agent app. I keep getting notifications saying that it’s not able to open. Sometimes apps like Terminal, Safari, Pages, Keynote and Preview freeze or quit unexpectedly. the fact that Safari is closing without warning is terrible lol

time for a new macbook lol Lol I guess so. What’s strange is that I was speaking to a former coworker. They told me they had a friend who still uses a 2008 iMac or MacBook and its still working fine. they are lying, I have a 2009 macbook lying around and it can't function with anything
