How I feel about some forum. I know that I was there to attention seek anyway, and that I only stayed because the insults there were actually pretty funny, but for some reason, I only chose to leave because of a somewhat tame comment that just so happened to push the wrong buttons for me. (I just blocked it on K9, wish me luck.)

Nice thread idea aja675!  My Dad had introduced me to Pearl Jam when I was 5 and this was the first song he played. I liked it straight away and that's what started my interest in grunge/alternative-rock. Whenever I listen to "Alive", it takes me back to that moment in 2004.

I I dedicate this song to prodanny288 who said he was feeling suicidal because his mother was being rude and strict to him, her husband, and his brother and is currently going through a very tough time due to a member of his family who passed away this year. I was in a call with him and I remember hearing him cry after he heard his parents arguing and his dad telling him that they both may divorce. I told him that he has many friends who love and support him and I am proud to say that me, unicornic and grace are one of Danny's friends who care about Danny and try to help him as much as possible.

This reminds me of my totes cringe crush from 2013. Like, I was dumb enough to actually fall for a random stranger I only knew of because of all the people on escforum crushing on him and dumb enough to share his pics on FB. When the crush was at its strongest, I heard this in McDolan's and I felt like the lyrics reflected how I felt. Predictably, I got shouted at on FB. Looking back, it was totes ridic to have such strong feelings about a basic AF Chad who tells people on Soundcloud to kill themselves.

This song was released just before I went on a holiday to the Gold Coast back in October 2009. I can remember really liking it at the time, but I had absolutely no idea what the song was called. Finally, after nine years of trying to find out what the name of the song and artist is, I re-discovered this song a week ago. I re-discovered it by looking at the ARIA Top-50 charts from Late 2009 and listening to a few songs on YouTube that I was unfamiliar with. Disappointingly though, it doesn't sound as good as what I had thought of it as.
