The Princess and the Frog/Winnie the Pooh - 2D animation was practically non-existent in the late 2000s/early 2010s besides these two. Both feel like movies from the 90s (especially the former).
Brother Bear - This movie doesn't even attempt to try to be modern-feeling, instead, it just tries to be like The Lion King mixed with Tarzan. The animation literally looks worse and older than earlier Disney movies like Treasure Planet and Atlantis: The Lost Empire, which actually do feel early 2000s. This movie should've come out in the 90s, preferably the core 90s.
Bruce Almighty - This really does feel like a 90s movie, and hardly gives off any 2000s vibes. It wouldn't be out-of-place alongside the likes of Liar Liar and The Mask.
Inception - This has to be the least 2010s feeling 2010s movie of all time. Considering this came out during the late 2000s/early 2010s, which was an incredibly trashy time for movies, it REALLY sticks out like a sore thumb. This movie isn't part of a franchise, it's an original movie and isn't based off anything, there's no forced humor, the internet isn't brought up, superheroes aren't mentioned once, and it's very much an intellectual type of movie. This movie feels like something from the late 1990s or early 2000s. It's the sort of thing you'd expect to come out along the likes of The Matrix, The Truman Show, and The Fifth Element, rather than the likes of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Twilight: Eclipse, and Alice In Wonderland.

2010s would be Joker or Overlord maybe Joker fits well with 2019, because it's based off a superhero franchise, and 2019 had a very dark edgy tone to it, especially in teen culture with everybody being into Billie Eilish and doomer memes. Inception doesn't fit 2010 at all except for all the memes based off it.

Best example I can think of is without a doubt, the Simpsons Movie (2007). While the movie was good, it was baffling to me how a TV series that had been on the air for almost 20 years gets a movie adaption this late and well past its golden age too.

It's not a superhero movie though and the world is a much more grounded take of batman. 2019 was only really dark in the late part and the decade in general wasn't dark.

Love this thread and one movie springs to mind when you posted this, A movie that came out in Late 2009 yet feels super 2006-2008

A perfect year for the release would have been any time in 1993-1996. There used to be these life size figures Simpsons family figures on a couch at theaters , the best promotional thing I’ve ever seen lol. Always wanted one of them they look badass.

Inception seems like a typical 2010s movie to me, Aesthetically, it also started the trend of movie trailers having that loud horn BAAAM sound that was popular until 2016 or so
Also the director of that movie went on to make Interstellar, which is another 2010s classic movie and gives off similar weird vibes as Inception, specially the tesseract parts.
His latest movie was a flop so he might soon be seen as a 2010s phenomenon

Treasure Planet should've come out in the early 90s, during the peak of the Disney renaissance era, guarantee it wouldn't look as good, but it would've been a hit for sure
Instead it came out in the post Spider-man movie era, like...
