2013 would just be the same as 2014. That was literally the year flat design became popular with iOS 7. I don't think so, there were still many 2000s holdovers in 2013 2013 did have 2000s holdovers, but it wasn't like 2010 for example, a year that aesthetically is closer to 2007 than it is to 2013. 2010 is, for all intents and purposes, a 2000s year from an aesthetic perspective with SOME exceptions (Nickelodeon, Pepsi, Cartoon Network). Most 2000s holdovers in regards to things like how OS X and Android still had a skeuomorphic look, well, most people got the sense they would change soon, seeing as how iOS was already flat-looking, and Google flattened their logo in 2013.
