I just got back from seeing the new Ant-Man movie. It was really good. I'd definitely recommend people to go and see it.

Okay, I think the jokes about RockyMountainExtreme's previous username need to stop. He mentioned that the banter and jokes are starting to annoy him, so it's best that we respect his wishes.

I watched Deadpool 2 for the first time yesterday afternoon. Has anyone else on here seen it? I thought it was quite good.

I went and saw the new Johnny English movie with a friend of mine a few days ago. I won't say too much about the movie (as it has yet to be released in the US or UK), but I personally didn't think it was as good as what I thought it was going to be. It wasn't a bad movie as such, but some of the scenes in it were very predictable.

I just got back from watching "Venom" and to be honest, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was awful. Even though the movie is based on a Marvel character, the movie itself isn't apart of the MCU as it was produced by Sony. Some of the scenes in the movie are good for a laugh though.

Wow, we have complete opposite opinions haha but that's okay! I loved it A lot of critics seem to hate it too. I guess I'm just the oddball here but I really enjoyed the comedy, the storyline, and the action. Maybe it's Tom Hardy that has me feeling this way.

It's interesting to hear that you really enjoyed it! To me, there were parts of the movie which made no sense at all. For instance, after riot entered into that old woman in Malaysia, why did the movie suddenly time jump to six months later? What was Riot doing for those six months, chilling out in Malaysia?

Oh yeah I see what you mean, though I really just remembered it as like he had spent the time jumping from person to person feeding off their life forces which eventually led him to be able to get to the lab in America?

I'm pretty sure that's what did happen, although I think he only fed off the life of that little girl after he entered that old woman in Malaysia and that was after the six month timejump. I could be wrong though.

The last movie I saw was Bad Times at the El Royale. I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did. It started out pretty slow paced so I just wasn't getting into it but then it amped up and kept getting better and better.

I've just got back from watching the new Bohemian Rhapsody movie. It was good overall, but there were a few historical inaccuracies (e.g "Fat Bottomed Girls" was suggested as being released at the same time ad "Killer Queen", when it wasn't the case) and I feel as though it only scratched the surface of a lot of the events that happened. They picked the right actors for the roles; the person who played Freddie Mercury did a great job, in particular.
