Yep, definitely! I just hope Pixar doesn’t wreck the franchise with this 4th (hopefully final!) release. Thankfully, they do have a history of respecting their titles (unlike Disney), and lets hope it remains this way. In saying that, I still find releasing another movie for the franchise really unnecessary but money is to be made unfortunately. 🙄

I just discovered that Toy Story 3 was released way back in 2010! That quite shocking to read. It will be around 9 years between 3 and 4 when it’s released toward the middle of next year.

I know! Toy Story 3 had a perfect ending, this will just wreck the franchise... That new “Forky” character in the trailer looks really bizarre. Though, that could be just me I guess. 😛

This may interest @slowpoke1993 and any other Pokémon fans on here.
A new feature movie is to be released next year starring Ryan Reynolds.
It doesn’t actually look too bad going by the first trailer recently released.

Although there was what, ten or eleven years between the 2nd and 3rd Toy Story movies being released? I probably won't go out of my way to see the fourth instalment unless there's really good reviews. And even then... Yep. Toy Story 2 was released in 1999, while the 3rd movie in the series was released eleven years later. I honestly don't understand the justification behind producing a 4th installment in the series. Where's the demand for a 4th installment? There has been no interest expressed whatsoever over the idea of a new sequel. It seems like the general consensus among fans of the series and moviegoers is that Toy Story 3 served as the natural conclusion to the series. This movie will exist purely as a gimmicky way to generate additional revenue to Pixar and nothing more.

Spider Man: Into the Spider-Verse will be released just after Christmas. Is anyone planning on watching it?
I have no intentions of watching it, to be honest.

I’m kinda over the Spider-Man series. My interest has waned with every release since the third Tobey Maguire film. The Andrew Garfield films were woeful in particular and I would never watch those ones again.

Sorry for the delayed response (I had intended on responding a couple of days ago, but just didn't get around to it). Yeah, quite truthfully, I've lost all interest in the Spider-Man series as well and I agree that the Andrew Garfield films were woeful. I personally think the Spider-Man movie series needs to be rested for a few years. I know the chances of it ever happening are next to none, but I think it would really benefit the series and the MCU in general. There's only so many times you can revisit the same storylines and I think the series has reached the point where it has ran out of stories to tell.

I went and watched Shazam! at the cinemas this afternoon. Overall, it wasn't too bad. It's probably one of the best DC movies I have ever watched.

So what does everyone think of the new live-action Aladdin movie starring Will Smith (as the Genie) which is soon to be released? Personally, I think a lot of the criticism Smith has copped over his role is a bit harsh (some even comparing his character to a oversized Smurf ). Yes, he is no Robin Williams (naturally), but watching the trailer, he’s not all that bad in the role, IMO. screenrant.com/aladdin-live-action-movie-reactions-reviews/
