Speaking of bedroom pop, this could be a breakthrough for lo-fi hip hop. I like it! It's super depressing, but I like it. And it's really of the moment, isn't it?

This is now #1 here in Australia. I know I shouldn't be disappointed by how awful the music tastes of the general public are, but is it really that much of an ask to expect better than this?

To be fair this isn't near the worst that could have topped the charts. I actually like Roddy Ricch' verse here more than anything on "The Box". This is still just so generic that it almost seems computer-generated, down the song being called "Rockstar". And I'm really not a fan of DaBaby's lowpitched voice.

Post Malone's Nirvana tribute performances from last month are genuinely great, he really does the sound justice. I wish he would release a rock album. It's obvious that the genre is what he is the most passionate about.

It's pretty clear that she desperately tries to be the new Sia, though without really understanding what made her interesting back in 2014/2015 in the first place.

Wow Drake actually seriously named a song after the group behind "Laffy Taffy". Between this and "Nice for What"'s line Snappin' like you Fabo, it looks like "Laffy Taffy" had a profound impact on Drake
