I would love to be able to purchase the VHS tapes listed for sale, however the postage fees would be too expensive.

I'm quite tempted on buying those, but most of them are either pick up only (I wouldn't mind if they were close by or in Sydney) or the cost/postage is way off my budget.

Feel free to post to your heart's content. No, no, I didn't take it the wrong way at all haha! Although, after reading it, it does sound like it. Sorry!! It is such a shame that you guys can't get any at the moment. I will try and get some of my content to you guys, that is of course, if you want them. I contacted this person who is about 5 min car ride away from me about a Garage Sale they were having. They didn't get back to me until after, and he has some. Fingers crossed I get some!!

Not “for sale” related, but I found this video proving that there are some stores that sell blank VHS tapes (new condition and modern style!).

Not “for sale” related, but I found this video proving that there are some stores that sell blank VHS tapes (new condition and modern style!). Most of the modern blank VHS tapes are so poor (quality wise) that they'll probably be lucky to last a decade...or even half of one. Of course, there were some poor quality VHS tapes in the past (especially if they're no-name branded tapes from a supermarket or $2 shop) but then there are others from the more well known brands that still have great playback quality even after 20-30 years!

There doesn't seem to be that many listings on Ebay and Gumtree at the moment. I tried searching for prerecorded VHS tapes just a few minutes ago, but nothing came up.
